Residential

Lavender Bay

At Lavender Bay, a four-bedroom waterfront property, I led an eight-month transformative project as the Owner's Representative and Interior Designer.

A multi-faceted transformation that arched from the evocative structural to the practical minutiae. And vice versa.

My role involved sourcing exquisite artwork, furniture, rugs, and window finishes alongside converting the overall function of each space.

I oversaw the comprehensive redesign, where existing structures were kept for efficiency. We redesigned the kitchen, living spaces, and bedrooms, converted a bedroom into a gym, and installed a sauna. I managed the painting, adding stylish wall finishes—even new joinery to bring a new essence of practicality to each space.

On a more nuanced, endlessly tangible, level: I styled and organised every room too. Outdoors, the spaces were revitalised with elegant furniture and a new planting scheme which blended indoor and outdoor living.

This project was a true testament to the ability to innovate, manage and deliver exceptional results—every detail reflected my dedication and skill.
